The Delphia Escape 1100s is a luxurious gentleman’s yacht designed to exceed the market expectations for a boat of this type. The Escape 1100s continues the Escapes theme of spaciousness & value for money and combines it with exhilarating performance.
The Escape 1100s features up 2 double cabin in luxurious surroundings. Power is provided as standard by a single 300hp diesel engine with options to opt for dual 200hp engines at time of purchase. As with all models in the range the Escape 1100s is fitted with a 4 Kw bow thruster as a standard feature.
The Delphia Escape 1100s is only available in a two cabin layout with a double cabin in the forepeak and another in the aft port side.
The linear galley on the Delphia Escape 1100s is located on the starboard side of the saloon, the 2-burner cooker is located centrally with a retractable counter top covering it when not in use, there is room for an optional gas oven below the 2-burner cooker. A stainless steel sink is located forward of the cooker location whilst the optional fridge is located aft. A number of drawers & lockers provide ample storage space.
Hot & cold water is standard on the Escape 1100s and is piped via a 150 litre tank as well as a 30 litre calorifier which can be heated via the engine or shore power. The standard galley counter-top is HPL (High Pressure Laminate) but may be upgraded to Corian if desired. In general a light counter top colour is offered for darker interior timber colours and a vice versa.
A fire extinguisher & fire blanket is provided for your safety. An optional remote gas solenoid with integrated gas alarm is available as an optional extra.
The saloon in the Escape 1100s is elegant & luxurious with ample seating for the whole crew. The standard interior timber is a beech effect but upgrades are available to mahogany, walnut, cherry & teak effect.
The tall and spacious heads compartment of the Escape 1100s features a moulded interior along a manual flush toilet connected to a 80 litre stainless steel holding tank.
Popular upgrade options for the heads compartment is an upgrade to electric flush toilet and the installation of a shower.
The self draining cockpit in the Delphia Escape 1100s is equipped with three large lockers beneath the seating whilst a large underfloor locker provides access to the engine bay and can be motorised as an optional upgrade.
The helmsman steering position is located on the starboard side of the cockpit and upgrades to the standard helmsman chair are available as well as drinks holders on both port/starboard sides.
The deck of the Delphia Escape 1100s is exceptionally safe with an anti-slip surface covering all side and forward deck walking surfaces. Side deck lifelines with stanchions or optional solid hand rail add to safety and considerably reduce the risk of someone falling on deck or overboard, more handrails are also provided along the wheel house roof. Six mooring cleats are provided with two located in the bow, two aft and two amidships.
The wheelhouse, with a hard top, features a moulded Plexiglas windscreen with a green tint that is matched by panoramic side windows. Together these enhance safety with all round visibility for the helmsman and a driving position that is sheltered from both wind & wave. Bright but lower power consumption LED navigation lights are standard.
The large anchor locker provides room for a large amount of chain as well as all your cleaning materials. The optional anchor platform is strongly recommended and a 700W windlass is a further option with remote cockpit operation also available.
The Escape 1100s features a fully planing Category B hull with white as the standard hull colour. A range of optional alternative hull colours are available including, light grey, dark grey, green, navy & red with custom colours available upon request. A 4kW bow thruster with its own 110Ah battery is standard on the Escape 1100s making tight harbour manoeuvres a breeze.
A variety of stripe colours are available to suit your hull colour and one interesting detail of the Delphia Escape 1100s is that there is a recessed indentation for the hull stripes meaning they are much less prone to damage from rubbing fenders so your boat can always look its best.
The engine offered as standard for the Escape 1100s is the Volvo Penta D4-300 with DPH which was developed to handle the high torque and power of the Volvo Penta diesel engines. External hydraulic steering cylinders and patented propellers give optimum driving safety and enjoyment. This engine can be upgraded at time of purchase to a D6-370 model.
Optionally a pair of Volvo Penta D3-200 may be ordered at time of purchase for added redundancy. Increased capacity fuel tank options are available to up to 1,000 litres max. A stern thruster is an option for single engine configurations but is not required for dual engine installations as Volvo “joystick docking” is available instead.
The Escape 1100s features three batteries as standard namely a 110Ah start battery, a 110Ah house battery and a 110Ah bow thruster battery, an upgrade is available to add an additional 110Ah house battery for extended running. The Escape 1100s is fitted with BEP Marine voltage sensing relays which automatically prioritises charging of the starter battery. The LED lighting system provides bright lighting with low power consumption to all cabins, saloon, heads and wheelhouse. Externally the navigation and motoring lights are also LED.
Shore power is standard on the Escape 1100s and includes a circuit for sockets and the optional hot water cylinder. The shore power installation features a battery charger and a galvanic isolator.
The Escape 1100s includes a digital display giving indication of start, house & bow thruster voltages as well as levels for diesel, water & holding tanks. A magnetic compass and a Lowrance Hook-4 chartplotter / fishfinder are also fitted as standard on the Escape 1100s with options at time of purchase to upgrade to higher specification devices.
A DSC VHF is also available from Simrad with 2-way DSC integration carried out in the factory. For entertainment a Fusion 205 series Marine Radio with Bluetooth/AM/FM/iPod/USB is offered as well as a marine grade cockpit & saloon speakers.

All Delphia motor cruisers are built to order to exact customer specification in the Delphia shipyard in Olecko in eastern Poland. Delphia plan all their production a year in advance so customers must take this time delay into account when planning their boat purchase. Due to varying exchange rates and the cost of fuel we provide an approximate boat delivery price only. This can be firmed up closer to the delivery date. Rest assured we do not make a margin on boat delivery and customers are free to use their own delivery method.
We are registered for both Republic of Ireland & United Kingdom VAT and can therefore charge the UK VAT rate of 20% to Northern Ireland customers.
